CRAIG BEAMER Feuilly, Ensemble Marius understudy

BIOGRAPHY:

Craig immigrated to Australia from Wales in 1981 and there began his musical career in off Broadway productions with his famed local high school. He later realised he needed special attention and he was accepted into the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Craig graduated in 1992 and headed to Sydney to apply his newly acquired skills. He has appeared in Home and Away, Blue Heelers and The Games and many TV commercials. He has also appeared in three short films for AFRRS. Craig was part of the Me and My Girl touring company, and appeared in The Wedding Song (NIDA Company), Wallis (Wallis Prod), Keyboard Skills and Time of my Life for the Ensemble Theatre and Seeing Things for the Belvoir Street Theatre. Craig has also travelled to the UK twice to star in Jack and the Beanstalk and Cinderella for the Christmas pantomime season, as Home and Away descendants usually do. He was also part of the workshop cast of The Boy from Oz. In the many breaks from long-running productions, Craig has been involved with three ABC radio dramas and voice- overs for radio and film. Craig is over the moon to be part of the 10th Anniversary Production of Les Miserables company and looks forward to a great season.

Craig appeared in an episode of Blue Heelers in 2000.
