DEB COTTON Swing

BIOGRAPHY:

Deb has studied singing for over 15 years, primarily with Audrey Duggan. After completing VCE Drama and Music, Deb was involved in a number of masterclasses (Melbourne Opera Company - Rod Anderson), numerous actors' workshops and a series of plays under the direction of Belle Foster. Deb also has 10 years of dance training covering jazz, tap and classical styles and has participated in dance workshops at the VCA School of Dance and The Dance Factory. Theatrically Deb has performed for many companies including Cloc, Whitehorse and Shoestring to name a few. Professionally Deb performed in the Elston, Hocking and Woods production of Into the Woods as Florinda and the cover for Cinderella. This year she appeared in the word premiere of Crusade - The Concert at The Melbourne Concert and most recently played the role of Fifi La Lust in Vincent, an A Capella Opera, for Homemade Musicals. Deb looks forward to joining the cast of Les Miserables.
