RODNEY DOBSON Factory Foreman, Courfeyrac Javert understudy

BIOGRAPHY:

Rodney graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 1989. His stage credits include: Chess, Return to the Forbidden Planet, Miss Julie with the Sydney Theatre Company, Aspects of Love, South Pacific, Buddy, Miss Saigon and Sunset Boulevard. Most recently Rodney performed in a new Australian musical Nathanial Storm for the NIDA Company.

RECENT PROJECTS:

After Les Mis, Rodney performed in Jolson, in the ensemble and as understudy to the lead role. In June 2000, Rodney appeared as The Big Bopper in the Sydney season of Buddy the Musical. Later that year he appeared in Company B's production of Twelfth Night. In 2001, Rodney was critically acclaimed for his performance as Tobias in Opera Australia's production of Sweeney Todd.
